We offer wholesale pricing exclusively for our onboarded Kukido Partners.
Our wholesale rates are built to give your business healthy margins while keeping our handcrafted standards intact.
How do I become a Kukido Partner?
Fill up the form above to get started— your name, contact person, type of
establishment, and target order volume — and we'll walk you through onboarding.
Approved partners receive a Welcome Kit with our partner price list, ordering
process, and Viber group invite.
Who can apply for the Partner Program?
Anyone who'd love to add Kukido to their existing line-up — from neighborhood cafes to full-blown commercial chains, restaurants, hotels, corporate gifting teams, and event organizers. If you serve customers who deserve a really good cookie, we'd love to talk!
What requirements do I need to submit for onboarding?
To finalize your partner account, please prepare:
- Completed Kukido Partner Information Sheet (we'll send this to you)
- DTI Certificate (Sole Proprietors) or SEC Certificate (Corporations / Partnerships)
- Latest Mayor's or Business Permit
- BIR Form 2303
- Valid government-issued ID of the authorized representative

When is my partner account considered approved?
Once we receive your complete requirements, our team reviews them within 3 to 5 business days. You'll receive an official Partner Welcome email with your
Onboarding Deck, partner price list, and Viber group invite. From that point,
you're officially a Kukido Partner and can place your first order.
What cookie products are available for wholesale?
Once we receive your form, we will be sending over the complete product list available for wholesale. If your desired product isn't there, you may order them through our retail channels at SRP.
Can I request exclusive or custom cookie flavors for my store?
As of the moment, we don't accept flavor customization — but we have a wide
variety of crowd-favorite flavors you can choose from. For partners with consistent high volume orders, we're open to discussing co-branded or seasonal exclusives down the line.
What sizes are available?
• Signature Cookies — 110g and 80g
• Granny Bars — 65g
• Custom packaging and branded options available for select partners on request
How do I place a wholesale order?
Once you're onboarded, we add you to a dedicated Viber group with your Account Manager. Place your orders directly in the group chat — fast, paper-light, and
easy to keep track of.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Yes. Each transaction has a minimum of 50 pieces, mixed across any of our wholesale-available flavors.
How far in advance should I place my order?
We require a 2-day lead time for all wholesale orders. For larger volumes (200+ pieces) or special requests, please give us at least 5 business days.
What days do you bake and dispatch orders?
Our commissary runs Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday are processed first thing Monday morning.
Do you offer delivery for wholesale orders?
Yes — for your convenience, we offer door-to-door motorcycle delivery for a minimal standard fee. For larger orders that exceed motorcycle capacity, delivery charges follow the actual rates of our partnered courier providers.
Where is your pickup location?
Our commissary is at 43 Masikap, Pinyahan, Diliman, Quezon City, 1100 Metro Manila.
What are your pickup hours?
Standard partner pickup is Monday to Saturday. Specific time windows are confirmed in your Onboarding Deck — message your Account Manager for any special arrangements.
What is the shelf life of Kukido cookies?
Our cookies are baked fresh and best enjoyed within these windows:
- Room Temp-3 to 5 days
- Refrigerated-1 to 2 weeks
- Frozen-Up to 1 month
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers only as of the moment. Account details are provided in
your Onboarding Deck and on every Sales Invoice.
For credit card payments, special arrangements can be made upon onboarding.
Do you require full payment before production?
Yes. Full payment is required to confirm and lock your order. We don't begin baking until payment is settled.
Will I receive an official invoice or receipt?
Yes. We issue an official Sales Invoice or Official Receipt for every transaction,
in line with BIR requirements.
Do you provide free samples?
To try them before committing, you can place a regular order through our retail website.
Can non-business customers order at wholesale pricing?
We have a separate pricing scheme for non-business bulk orders. Reach out with
your details and we'll send a tailored quote.
Do you accept one-time bulk or event orders?
Of course! We cater to parties, weddings, corporate events, and gifting programs.
